Prof. Dr. Chris Friedrich has successfully founded two companies. He later became a professor at the University of Applied Sciences in Giessen and at the University of the Western Cape in Cape Town, where he headed the Department of Corporate Development. Wesley Clarence (Ph.D.) is a business management lecturer at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology and at the College of Economics and Management Sciences, Unisa in South Africa. His previous teaching experience includes the University of Cape Town and the School of Business and Finance at the University of the Western Cape. His main teaching and research interests include all areas of entrepreneurship and strategy within the context of family business. His recent research spans corporate entrepreneurship and transgenerational within the South African wine industry. To further understand this he has developed a wine brand to further understand the working of the industry.
